F-650 and F-750 trucks are ready to get the job done. Gas model F-650 and F-750 trucks are equipped with a class-exclusive* available 7.3L V8 gas engine, featuring GVWRs as high as 37,000 lbs. Properly equipped diesel models feature GCWRs up to 50,000 lbs. TOW, HAUL AND DO IT ALL WITH THE CLASS-EXCLUSIVE 7.3L V8 GAS ENGINE
The 7.3L V8 gas engine is Built Ford Proud, featuring a gas V8 output of 335 hp at 3,750 rpm and torque of 468 lb.-ft. at 3,750 rpm. This engine has the largest displacement in its class and features an overhead valve architecture that generates power low in the rev range to help get heavier loads moving sooner and with greater confidence. It also features a variable-displacement oil pump, extra-large main bearings, forged steel crankshaft for durability and piston cooling jets to help manage temperatures under heavy load.

6.7L POWER STROKE® V8 TURBO DIESEL ENGINE
The 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel engine has a standard power rating of 270 hp/700 lb.-ft. of torque. You also have your choice of available 300 hp/725 lb.-ft. of torque and 330 hp/750 lb.-ft. of torque power ratings. * The 6.7L was tested to over 500,000 simulated customer miles, which contributes to a B10 life design of more than half a million miles. ** The unique inverse-flow design locates the turbocharger between the cylinder heads and the top of the block, with the exhaust manifold inboard and close to the turbo, for faster air displacement and greater power. The standard driver-activated engine exhaust braking restricts exhaust flow to create back pressure for seamless braking and reduced brake wear on downhill grades.†

FORD TORQSHIFT® HD 6-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
The TorqShift® HD 6-speed automatic easily handles the heavy torque of the diesel and gas engines. The tow/haul feature minimizes gear hunting on an uphill; on a downhill, it prevents upshifting and increases in speed, and it reduces brake pressure. TorqShift offers the available live-drive power takeoff (PTO) provision with stationary and mobile modes.

LIVE-DRIVE POWER TAKE OFF (PTO) PROVISION WITH MOBILE MODE
The Ford TorqShift® HD 6-speed automatic with the available live-drive power take off (PTO) provision* (standard on diesel) includes stationary and mobile modes for diesel and gas engines. An output PTO gear connects directly to the transmission’s torque converter impeller hub to allow live drive to power the PTO anytime the engine is running, whether the truck is moving or stopped. Split-shaft capability (diesel only) allows a customer to install a split-shaft gearbox attached to the output shaft of the transmission, which provides torque to two separate PTO outlets, giving you the ability to power two separate accessories when the truck is in stationary mode.

CONVENIENT AND EASY UPFITTING
F-650 and F-750 trucks feature a work-ready frame developed with leading upfitters to accommodate vocational bodies requiring few or no modifications. This collaboration resulted in components such as fuel tanks, wiring harnesses and diesel exhaust fluid reservoirs located under the cab. Choose from 36 standard clean CA offerings ranging from 72 to 207 inches. The available upfitter interface module (UIM) allows you to develop “smart” logic controls for your final-stage installed equipment — allowing you to be confident in controlling unique upfit functions.

AVAILABLE DRIVER-ASSIST TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE
The Ford F-650 and F-750 Medium Duty trucks are equipped with available driver assist technologies that are based on proven Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technologies10 to help you feel comfortable and in control. Features like hill start assist are standard on hydraulic brake models, while the available Driver-Assist Technology Package includes Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Lane-Keeping Alert and more. AUTO HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS
We’ve all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams — then forgetting to turn them off again as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don’t have to catch you off guard. Auto High-Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically so you don’t have to worry about blinding other drivers. So, you can keep your focus — and both hands — on the wheel.

TRACTION CONTROL
It helps to be prepared, especially in slippery situations. Traction control, standard on all Ford Medium Duty models, can help limit tire slip during acceleration on slippery or loose surfaces, whether on or off road. Sensors measure differences in speed and, when it is determined one wheel is spinning more quickly, automatically adjust engine power (torque) to that wheel to maximize traction. Brake pressure may also be applied in certain conditions.
HILL START ASSIST
You’re at a red light. On a hill. Rest easy. Hill start assist can help you switch from brake to gas without rolling backward. The system is activated automatically when you press the brake pedal on a slope. Standard on F-650 and F-750 models with hydraulic brakes.
FORWARD COLLISION WARNING WITH BRAKE SUPPORT AND PRE-COLLISION ASSIST WITH AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
We should all drive defensively, but sometimes other people’s lack of attention can create a hazard. Available Forward Collision Warning with Brake Support scans the road ahead. If a potential collision is detected, an alert sound is emitted, and a warning message displays in the message center. The brakes will also pre-charge and sensitivity will be increased, providing full responsiveness when you do brake. If you don’t take corrective action and a collision is imminent, Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) can automatically apply the brakes.
LANE-KEEPING ALERT
It happens. Maybe you’re caught up listening to your favorite podcast or need your morning coffee, but you’ve wandered a little too close to the edge of your lane. Luckily, Lane-Keeping Alert* can help you stay in your lane, even during a moment of distraction. This smart feature scans your vehicle’s position between the lines in the road ahead and can audibly alert you if you’re starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you’ve drifted a few times, you’ll see a coffee cup icon, letting you know it’s time to take a break.
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
Available only on F-650 and F-750 models with air brakes, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) takes conventional cruise control to a new level. It lets you select the speed and distance you want to maintain from the vehicle in front of you. When traffic ahead slows down, you automatically do too, and later resume the preset speed when traffic picks back up. Distance Alert, available on all F-650 and F-750 models helps to keep you more aware of the vehicles in front of you so that you may maintain a distance. Distance Alert monitors the distance from your vehicle to the vehicle in front of you, providing a continuous graphical display representing the actual distance between you and that vehicle, allowing you added support in maintaining an appropriate gap.
